A gently undulating trail along the “dragon’s spine” with panoramic views of the craggy coastlines, mountains, and down to Shek O village bordering the South China Sea. This trail is an interesting mix of dirt and some rocky sections, but the incline is not so tough, and it is perfect for photos at every turn. This is one of the world’s best hikes within minutes of the urban area and with stunning coastal ridge views on Hong Kong Island. We finish with refreshments at the beachside cafe!

One of the popular, scenic, and relatively easy uphill walks from bustling Central straight to the iconic Victoria Peak. The route passes through the lush foliage with occasional city glimpses and many spots for killer skyline photos. The trail begins as Tramway Path, a paved, tree-lined path running parallel to the famous Peak Tram tracks, with great views of the green tram cars hauling up the steep incline and peekaboo harbor vistas through the greenery. It then winds gently upward through shaded residential areas with rewarding intermittent views of Central’s skyscrapers, Victoria Harbour, and distant Kowloon. A walk across Lamma Island is one of Hong Kong’s most relaxing and scenic outings. This outlying island gives you a very laid-back feeling with peaceful views of the fishing villages, beaches, and coastal views. An easy paved trail connecting the two settlements of this island lets you walk in whichever direction that you prefer to walk. I basically prefer going to Yung Shue Wan to Sok Kwu Wan. The trail climbs steadily at some points past greenery, offering ocean glimpses, then peaks with panoramic views over the South China Sea, rocky coastlines, and sometimes the iconic Lamma Power Station chimneys in the backdrop.

Posted on Tripadvisor SPR RAMESH2 May 2026Verified A trip to Hong Kong One of the best parts of our trip was touring with Sabrina. She was always punctual from picking us up to planning showed us around Hong Kong well. We visited places like Victoria Harbour and Victoria Peak the skyline etc., She also shared some very useful tips, like what to wear for long walking days, which honestly helped a lot. She helped us in finding good Indian vegetarian food, which was very useful. My wife and I really enjoyed the trip from start to finish, Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I would recommend Sabrina, she made our trip easy and memorable.Posted on Tripadvisor LoveTravel39853029 April 2026Verified Day tour in Hong Kong Had a great day out with Sabrina she’s a gem full of knowledge, kindness, energy and fun. She was very organized from the beginning, with clear meeting instructions, a well-planned route and good time management so we could enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. Sabrina created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in our small group and paid close attention to everyone’s comfort, especially on the steeper or more exposed parts of the trail. I really appreciated how she shared stories about the area, Hong Kong’s history and the natural environment along the way, which made the hike feel much more meaningful than just following a path. Overall it was a very well-run and enjoyable hike, and I would definitely recommend Sabrina and Hong Kong Trails and Tours to anyone looking for a safe, informative and engaging way to explore Hong Kong’s outdoors.Posted on Tripadvisor jrm195118 April 2026Verified A great day of sightseeing in HK guided by Sabrina.by Sabrina. My wife and I had a brilliant day with Sabrina. She put together a great itinerary and the earlyish start made sure we bear the crowds to the early sites. John Marsden April 2026Posted on Tripadvisor Anuradha Y17 April 2026Verified Great experience Sabrina took 5 of us for hiking to the Peak. Amazing experience with her. She is just so dedicated with her work . She explains all well and make us so comfortable to hike . Thank youPosted on Tripadvisor Samyuktha S16 April 2026Verified Private tour experience in Hong Kong with Sabrina, my guide. I had an absolutely wonderful full-day private tour in Hong Kong with Sabrina. She was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, we had so much fun together on the tour, totally stress free. Despite my limited schedule, she put together a simple, well-organized itinerary that perfectly covered the main attractions on both Hong Kong Island and the beautiful, more relaxed Lamma Island. She offered fantastic recommendations for local food, and even went above and beyond by assisting with my airport pick-up and drop-off even though it was on the airport express. I highly recommend her services to anyone, but especially to solo female travelers with limited time who want a safe and fun experience in Hong Kong.
